MIC Lecture 7pm: Reuniting the Decades-Missing Pilling Figurine Wth His Mate(s)

Photo courtesy of Utah State University
About a year ago, Dr. Pitblado received a clay figurine along with a mysterious note. The item strongly resembled the 11 ancient Fremont figurines discovered by Claude Pilling in Range Creek in the 1950s. Join us to find out whether this artifact is just a convincing replica or the missing thousand-year-old Pilling figurine.

Dr. Pitblado, of Utah State University, serves as an associate professor of anthropology, director of the Anthropology Program and director of the USU Museum of Anthropology.  Photo by Brian Lee
*This lecture is sponsored by: Bennett Management Services*
