About this Item
This handy booklet describes 16 hiking trails from 2-6 miles in length in the La Sal Mountains.

The La Sal Mountains, outside of Moab, Utah, soar to over 12,000 ft. and are a great way to beat the heat in the summer or play in the snow in winter.

Hiking trails take you through fields of wild flowers (in spring and early summer), through Gambel oak stands, aspen tree groves, pine and spruce forests and above tree line, to alpine meadows. And the views from the La Sals of Moab and the surrounding area are unsurpassed.

We recommend taking a good map with you as you explore this wild and scenic area.
