HawkWatch International
Saturday, March 16 from 4pm – 5pm at the Moab Information Center
Do birds make your heart soar? Are you a falcon fanatic? Get the chance to meet one of HawkWatch International’s Raptor Ambassadors face-to-face, learn their story, and discover lots of cool facts about their species! As outdoor recreation activities continue to grow in popularity, so do opportunities for humans to come into contact with wildlife, like raptors. Join Renata Vazquez from HawkWatch International to learn more about common ways that we encounter raptors while recreating and how best to minimize or avoid these conflicts altogether. This will be an informal meet-and-greet program suitable for all ages.
